Greetings From Tennessee

Well we are at our first hotel, in Tennessee right now! Such a great day. For the record, we didn't actually leave the house in "T minus 4 hours". Anyone who knows us could have guessed as much. We left around noon and ate some lunch and then we were on our way! Something we learned today is that Virginia is effing HUGE! It took forever to drive through but was well worth it. Such beautiful scenery, so many adorable cows and horses, and a really cool SELF SERVE Dunkin Donuts!

Oh yeah, we also took Blue Ridge Highway in Windsor Hills, VA (I believe?) and it was very cool and very pretty but at night it may have been one of the scariest roads ever. It was a go-kart kind of winding, and so so steep, but there were parts with zero guardrail and a cliff a little too close for comfort (and did I mention no street lights?)

Thankfully we set up one of our GoPros on the dash to catch some of the experience!

Also, someone very special gave us a fantastic wedding gift and asked us to bring her along on our roadtrip and take pictures with her so of course that is what we are doing! She is a pug in a hoodie with a lightbulb on her adorable little head whom we named Dana. Also worth mentioning, she is extremely rad and kicks ass at checkers.

We are currently trying to find tonight's episode of The Walking Dead at the hotel so don't tell us what happens!!!

Good night y'all!

Love,
The Casales
xoxo
