Greetings from the Southwest!

We haven't written in a couple of days but i promise it is for good reason!!! We made or way to New Mexico which is amazing. It is absolutely beautiful there, if you have never been...go.  Our first stop in the Land of Enchantment was Roswell. Everything was alien themed in the best way possible. Aliens were on tax professional office buildings, UFOs were crashed into the side of buildings, murals of aliens making contact, it is just fantastic. Of course we had to stop at the UFO museum!!!! We learned so much there, it is definitely a place to go, especially if you are hopped up on unnatural amounts of caffeine. Then we hit up Burger King which had a little office out back...

From Roswell we were off to Albuquerque! Gotta say, this was one of our most anticipated stops of the trip and let us say, it did not disappoint!! As most of you probably know, we are huge Breaking Bad fans so seeing these sights was really amazing! We started our BrBa your by spending the night at the Isleta hotel which is where they filmed some scenes throughout the series. The next morning we ate breakfast at the fast food chain that served as Los Pollos Hermanos! It was awesome to be able to sit in the same seats that Walter White  had sat! After that we stopped for coffee at Tucos hideout, saw Jesse Pinkmans house AND apartment! From there we went to the "Crystal Palace", we also paid a visit to Hank and Marie's house (we wouldn't be opposed to living in this area!) and Saul's office which is currently a bar...Yes, we are totally fangirl-ing out here and have zero shame about it.

After unwillingly leaving ABQ, we drove about 6-1/2 hours to Page, Arizona where we stayed the night. On our way here we saw WILD HORSES. Legitimate, wild horses. It was fantastic and that song just kept playing in our heads (along with some throwback 80s rap and 90s dance hits). After a lively Denny's breakfast and meeting another kitty friend, we are on our way to our Antelope Canyon tour!!!!!! Loving the Southwest!

Love,
The Casales
xoxo
